Terms & Conditions - the basics

Service Scope: Our standard window cleaning service includes exterior and/or interior window cleaning. Additional services, such as screen cleaning, track cleaning, or other specialized services, must be requested and may incur additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure that windows are accessible and free from obstructions. Shine Window Detail is not responsible for moving heavy items, fragile decorations, or furniture.

Weather Conditions: In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule services for safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Right to Refuse Service: Shine Window Detail reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior, or refusal to comply with these terms.
